Fitness and sports have played a major role throughout my life. I have been competitive in both Club Soccer and Track, running throughout high school and playing Division II Soccer. As a young athlete, I always looked up to my coaches and trainers and wanted to be like them. I started coaching when I was 15 and knew that this is what I wanted to do. In my spare time I train for triathlons, trail run and participate in cycling events. I also love to cook and try out new recipes. I was motivated and inspired by the coaches and people who have helped me along my journey, and now I wish to do the same for others.

    • BS in Kinesiology from Notre Dame De Namur University
    • AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
    • CPR Certification
    • TRX Suspension Training – Certified TRX Instructor

Interests and Achievements

  • I love competitive ultimate frisbee because it is a unique and challenging sport.
  • I have completed 12 triathlons, and love the feeling of accomplishment at the end.
  • I played collegiate soccer and loved the camaraderie with my teammates.
  • Coaching competitive soccer is rewarding and has helped my continued development.  
  • I believe healthy food should taste great and love cooking healthy food.
