Fitness has been apart of my life for the last 14 years. I joined the Army at age 18 and since that time I made it my mission to be as fit as possible. I was never the type of person to go to the gym. One day I went with some friends and became hooked. I was 145 pounds when I started weight training. A year later I was 175 pounds. I am no longer an active duty soldier but still continue to help soldiers reach a level of fitness that makes them more competitive for promotion and retention. I love introducing fitness to the average member as well. Teaching and helping someone reach a goal they have set for themselves is a great feeling. I hope I can share my love of fitness with you and the feeling of satisfaction when we reach your goal. Hope to hear from you and see you soon.
