I became a personal trainer so that I could have the opportunity to make an impact on peoples lives not just physically but also mentally. Working out is not all about lifting weights its about setting goals and then taking action so that you can accomplish those goals. Its about stepping out of your comfort zone and doing things you have never done so you can have things you have never had. Being able to help someone in that way is what motivates me to train people because that is something that they can use for the rest of their life not just at the gym.
