Due to the jobs my parents held during my childhood, I was unable to get really involved in fitness until college. It was there that I took Kenpo Karate and Judo for five and a half years. As I grew older, my interests evolved into mountain biking, road cycling, and running.

I never had a great self-image as a child and teenager. Fitness gave me the strength and self-confidence I needed to achieve my life goals. Now, I want to pass that gift on to everyone who wants to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, no matter what age or shape they are.

I enjoy training my clients with patience and compassion, while simultaneously pushing them to do more than they thought they could ever do. I win when my clients transform into their ideal self.
