My interest in fitness began at an early age where I participated in a number of competitive sports. I have always had a competitive drive and found weightlifting and fitness to be a place of serenity for me. I have a wide range of experience with different types of fitness, from competing in Olympic lifting meets, to CrossFit to figure and bodybuilding training. My specialty includes Strength and Conditioning and CrossFit style workouts because I see it fundamentally valuable to have a strong foundation. I became passionate about personal training because I love helping others find their greatness. Not only do I love seeing my clients reach their goals, I also love teaching functional fitness that transfers into daily activities while having fun! My ultimate goal as your trainer is to inspire you and give you the tools necessary to reach your highest potential!.
