I was at the lowest point in life two years ago, weighing 230 pounds. I started working with a Personal Trainer who taught me a healthier lifestyle. Before, I was active but never fully adopted the healthy habits that are now part of who I am. Because of the changes I have made through fitness, I have more confidence than I have ever had. I became a personal trainer to help others feel and look the way I do. With my passion, motivation and knowledge I am excited to help you reach your fitness goals in a fun, safe, and efficient way!

Interests and Achievements

  • I love running half marathons and the sense of accomplishment afterwards.
  • Since 2010 I have achieved my personal goal of losing 110 pounds.
  • Variety is key, and hiking is my favorite way to change up cardio.
  • Family is important and I enjoy relaxing and spending down time with them.
  • I enjoy going to school and continuing to learn and develop.
