I first got into health and fitness about 10 years ago when I was on a mission to change my body composition. As I made my personal progressions my friends began to come to me and ask for tips or advice. I really enjoyed teaching them things that I had learned in school and seeing them achieve success from what I showed them. My motivation stems from seeing my clients achieve goals that they have set for themselves and beyond. Whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or a functional goal like reducing knee pain or getting rid of back pain. I love changing peoples lives through fitness everyday!
