I became a trainer to spread the good word of fitness and strength. I have been an elite level athlete for the past ten years and am currently a semi-professional rugby player. I have always been involved in fitness and training and decided to become a personal trainer to share my knowledge with the people around me and help them follow their dreams inside and outside the gym. I am motivated by three words: Passion, Commitment and Excellence. I pursue Excellence in everything I do and teach; I am able to do this because of a ruthless Commitment to be the best and give my best effort to everything I strive for; and I am motivated to reach this level of Commitment through an intense Passion I have for life and for becoming the strongest version of myself while helping those around me reach their own strongest version, mentally and physically.
