I became a trainer because I like to help people to feel better about their lives and what they are able to do with it; to lose weight or just be stronger, more tone or just healthier. I like making people better than they thought possible. I love working with sport specific workouts, anyone with any injuries and rehab workouts. I have had my fair share of my own injuries and rehabs and also have helped family on joint replacement surgery physical therapy. I love helping people to be better at the sports they love, whether that is rehabbing to get back to 100% or to make them better at their passion, is what I like to do! Helping people to achieve THEIR goals is key!
