Why did I become a personal trainer? To move mountains. To help others change and extend their lives through fitness and healthy living. Losing 50 pounds on my own was one of the hardest things I have done. I only wish I had someone then to motivate and push me during times I wanted to give up. But now I have the chance to be that movitation for someone else. I know how much sweat, tears and sacrifice it takes to reach goals and push past limits you may have never reached before. I became a trainer because there is nothing more rewarding then seeing someone's life change for the better right before your eyes and knowing you were apart of that change. Don't waste one more day, we've got barriers to break through and mountains to move.
