My name is Brandon R. I am a very active person. I love being outside. I enjoy riding/racing my motorcycle and mountain bike. I also enjoy hanging out with friends and going to the lake. I recently graduated from California State University Northridge with my BA in Kinesiology.

I became interested in this field through nutrition when I learned that my nutritional intake could affect my performance. I was hooked. I started out as nutrition major then made my transition into exercise science. I have had many injuries that also sparked my interest in this field. Coming back better and stronger from injuries, through training, ultimately lead me to becoming a personal trainer.

As far as my style of training goes, I tend to take a functional dynamic approach to the clients. I design programs to your specific needs. If it is to get bigger, better, stronger or just simply helping activities of daily living I have a program tailored to you. I have two rules when I train. The first rule is to give it your all when you’re working out. Push yourself to new levels. It will not be easy. The second rule is listening. Listen to the advice given and apply it to everyday life. My goal is to make lifestyle changes that last beyond training with me.
