I have always worked on my personal fitness and health, but somewhere in my early 30s, I realized the profound benefits strength training, nutritional choices, and running reveals for the body, mind, and overall health, including control over my own asthma, weight maintenance, and improved quality of life. I have been passionate about sharing my knowledge since; guiding others toward healthy choices and fitness committments is fun for me. With that in mind, I started collecting various certifications along with my academic pursuits in Kinesiology and Nutrition, supplemented with my personal experience as a runner. I absolutely love helping people reach their goals in a fun, safe, and motivational way! Seeing the change that happens physically and mentally is the best reward!.
