I'm Jack and I want to train you! With over 6 years of personal training experience, I have the right prescription you need to get you to your goal whether its gaining muscle, losing bodyfat, increased sports performance, or corrective-rehabilitative exercises. My approach to fitness involves 5 main components: 1. Resistance Training 2. Proper Nutrition 3. Cardio 4. Supplementation 5. Motivation. I will motivate you by getting you the results you want!
