I became a personal trainer for a multitude of reasons. Not only do I choose to live a healthy lifestyle, but I also want to help others have a great quality of life. Fitness has always been a passion of mine starting at a young age. I was a three-sport athlete in high school as well as played D2 collegiate softball for a year. My freshman year of college is when my interest was really sparked due to working with a team trainer. It opened my eyes to how much I actually enjoy working out as well as how you can make sport-specific workouts to help you with whatever you are training for. I also realized that I want to help others achieve their goals and help others to gain confidence in themselves. Ultimately, my motivation is to treat my body as a temple and that means feeding it well as well as exercising to improve muscle quality and overall health. My goal as a trainer is to tap into the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of someones health and to help them to become more confident in themselves as a whole.
