I currently play women professional soccer for the Bay Area Breeze. Fitness has been my passion for the last 10 years. I love helping people feel good about themselves, achieving their goals and putting a smile on their faces. My specialties within training are agility, circuit training, weight loss. In addition, I ensure that all my clients, along with gym members feel both confident and comfortable while working out.
