I am a Fitness Manager and Master Trainer that specializes in exercise technique, flexibility, body composition change, performance enhancement and nutrition. My exercise, program design and motivation has helped countless of people reach and maintain their specific fitness goals. I provide structure and a foundation of support to help make fitness a part of your life. With 6 years and 6000 hours of coaching and instruction, my methods are proven safe, effective and fun. Fitness is my passion and watching my clients succeed is the most instantly gratifying feeling. I love waking up in the morning knowing that my clients trust and rely on me to help guide them in reaching goals they once thought impossible. My enthusiasm for fitness has helped propel me in my career as i have taken on the role as a Fitness Manager for our Sante Fe Springs location.
