I became a personal trainer because I ultimately wanted to help people realize that what seems as an impossible goal when making it is indeed possible. I wanted to help people realize that exercise and nutrition is not only an essential part of life but instead a lifestyle in itself. Motivation wakes me up every morning and continues to run through me during my training regiments. As a child I was always told that the biggest room in the world was the room for improvement. Each day is a new day and each day we as individuals can get that much better. If we improve a little bit every day, think of how much we can improve in one week, let alone one month. Simply put, having the motivation to improve is what drives my every day life.
