My name is Angela S. I am married and have 2 sons that 26 and 28 years old. I have been active all my life and attended college to become a Physical Education teacher. I began teaching aerobic classes while I was in college which soon became my passion. I love motivating people to workout, be active, get fit and live a healthy life style
I began learning about strength training and personal training in 1994. I fell in love with strength training; it changed my life! Personally, I enjoy exercises that focus on the core, balance and stabilization.
I became certified and starting helping people work towards their fitness goals. I enjoy training all types of people with different goals. Whether you are a beginner and new to the fitness world or an experienced athlete, I would love to help you reach the next level.
My hobbies include teaching aerobic classes, practicing yoga, walking, hiking, water sports, boating, cycling, camping, playing with my dogs and just about anything outdoors.
