In order for me to compete at a high level as an offensive lineman in college football, I had to be big. After my freshman season, I was nearing 300 lbs and it was not a good or solid 300 pounds. I decided to get into better shape, lost about 80 pounds, and switched positions on the football field. That sparked my interest in health and fitness and I changed my lifestyle 180 degrees. To this day, I remember the ups and downs of the journey and I want to be able help someone else achieve their own greatness and make a difference in their life.
