I believe in a balanced approach to fitness. Incorporating fitness activities into your life in as many ways as possible is essential to ones overall health and well being. I was once 70lbs overweight and unhappy with my physical appearance. Through cardiorespiratory training, strength training, balance and flexibility training I turned my life around. I am here to help you achieve your fitness goals and become a better you.
