I first began working in the fitness and athletic performance industry in 1995 at the age of 15 years old, and started personal training in 2001. As a personal trainer, I specialize in athletic performance, weight management, and strength development, and have worked with hundreds of clients ranging from ages 4 to 82, including elementary school to professional athletes encompassing a vast variety of sports. While attending MSU, I was a member of the football, club rugby, and Olympic weightlifting teams. In 2004, I began playing semiprofessional football as a quarterback in the Texas United Football League, where I became a 9-time All-Star Team selection and won a league championship in 2009.
