Fitness is a huge part of my life. After I graduated high-school I weighted over 200 pounds. I embarked on a personal fitness journey and with hard work and dedication, I have lost over 60 pounds and kept it off. Psychology is a huge passion of mine; I am currently enrolled in a Clinical Psychology PhD. program. I cannot stress enough the importance of good physical health in order to achieve greater mental health. I love helping people and I am very excited to help individuals start their own personal fitness journey. I enjoy a variety of workout styles and I am flexible to find what works best for each individual client so that they may reach their goals.
