I love fitness because it allows me to push myself above and beyond my mental and physical limits. As a high school athlete, I set the goal of getting in better shape and becoming  more physically fit so I could improve my performance as well as feel better in everyday life. I was sometimes teased and ridiculed for not being biggest or fastest kid on the football field.  Through discipline and by incorporating strength and speed training, I developed into a muscular and agile athlete that was able to compete at the collegiate level. I have kept that discipline, intensity, and passion for fitness ever since and I continue to grow in the world of fitness

Interests and Achievements

  • I enjoy being in the great outdoors, camping and hiking, with my family.
  • I have 15 years of experience weightlifting.  
  • I played football in high school and college.
  • I love water sports like wake boarding and jet skiing.
  • I enjoy going paintballing with friends.
