I became a trainer because I have a firm belief that fitness and health is the best investment of time a person can make, and that, regardless of athletic background, everyone is capable of pushing themselves to a higher level and deserves to be happy with their body and performance. After years of collegiate athletics and elite triathlete and trail racing, as well as many years working one-on-one with an extremely diverse clientele to achieve their fitness goals, I have developed a unique and successful formula to bring fitness to anyone seeking to lose weight, gain muscle, relieve body pain, or improve their athletic performance.
