I became a trainer to help my mom and family initially. My mom takes many prescription drugs and is overweight. I wanted the knowledge to help her. I used myself as a guinea pig to find out the benefits and hazards of different training and diet styles to figure out what might help. Armed with this knowledge, I want to help everyone reach their goals. Whether it is being able to play with your children without being winded, looking better in a swimsuit, lifting heavier weights, running a marathon, or just being free of medication; we can all reach our individual goals. Not everyone can be a pro athlete, bodybuilder, powerlifter, marathon runner, etc, but everyone can improve. Let us improve together.
