First reason I became a trainer is because I love fitness and working out. Second reason is I love helping people push themselves beyond what they think they can do and help them achieve their goals! When I first got into weight lifting and training I had no idea what I was doing or what to do. That led to slow progress and injuries. Now being well rounded in all types of different training style I have practice, I can customize workouts for my clients individual goals. Also helping people rehab injuries and work around them so they can stay in the gym safely.
