After finding out my sister had high blood pressure and was considered over weight made me want to be a personal trainer. I worked with my sister 3 times a week. She lost about 16-20lbs in two month and dropped her blood pressure from 190/110 to 125/80. She was pleased with her results and said I should consider being a personal trainer.
