After playing sports throughout high school and upon beginning college, I discovered within myself a true passion for resistance training. I made the decision to change my major from business to kinesiology and to pursue personal training. Although it is my eventual goal to become a strength and conditioning coach, I find it very rewarding assisting all people, from all walks of life, to reach their health and fitness goals. Due to my education and my desire to deliver optimal results, I apply a very structured and science-minded approach, yet make training fun and approachable. If you are serious about your fitness goals, I would love to help you achieve them.
