I decided to become a trainer to improve lives! My motivation has always been to help people and I believe that showing people how to make positive lifestyle changes is one of the best ways you can help. Personal training is a way for me to share my knowledge and help everyone meet their specific goals. A couple of my specialties are corrective exercise and pre and perinatal fitness. Corrective exercise can fix many daily aches and pains as well as improve posture and is beneficial for nearly everybody. Exercise during pregnancy is one of the best things you can do for your child and I am trained to make mommies-to-be strong and healthy throughout and after their pregnancies. Also, being an ex-collegiate athlete I am passionate about sport-specific exercise to reach maximum performance. However, you do not need to be an athlete to train like an athlete! Health and fitness is very important to me because it has impacted my life so much and my ambition is to impact every one of my clients the same way.
