I have been an athlete my entire life. Growing up, my father had me in every sport imaginable; his goal was to keep me active and to learn how to work with others towards a common goal. In high school I focused on softball, volleyball, field hockey and lacrosse; and when I got into college my focus was strictly on lacrosse. I wanted to be the best athlete I could be, so I dedicated every extra hour to bettering myself on and off the field. That dedication and passion has led me to become the trainer I am today. I pride myself on having enough energy for not only myself, but for my clients as well. I know the hard work it takes to not only hit, but maintain personal fitness goals, and I know how to overcome obstacles, trials and tribulations to get what one really wants out of life. I believe you should live everyday to its fullest, and think the key ingredients in having a happy, successful life is a healthy mind, body and soul. Exercise is not only a way to keep us active and fit, but a way to rejuvenate our spirits. We are in control of ourselves; our bodies will literally do anything and everything we ask of it, so long as we are willing to put in the hard work.
