In 2000, I broke my wrist and as a result gained 60 pounds. It was the first time I was "overweight."  It took many tries but after losing a total of 80 pounds, I gained a knowledge and perspective that I knew could help so many that had tried and failed themselves.

In 2002, I decided to become a trainer to share that knowledge and help others lose weight and gain a new life. Just like my clients, I am motivated by results.

I always strive to make fitness measurable in as many ways as possible to keep motivation high. I’ve found that the best ways to accomplish this are by measuring strength, endurance and cardio, as well as weight and body fat.
