After 15 years of helping companies achieve their best in Information Technology, I realized what I really wanted to do was to help people to achieve their best life. As a former overweight person, I know the value of personal training both as a gym member and as a personal trainer. I know that personal trainers provide the accountability, support, fitness and nutrition information that improve member success. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help members lose weight, gain weight, gain muscle, tone their bodies, build bone density, overcome injuries, and overcome other challenges they may have.
