Fitness has been my own personal interest for years. It was an escape from my obligations in college, graduate school, and later from my day job as a teacher. After years working in education, I decided that fitness was truly my calling. As a former teacher, I really enjoy the instruction aspect of training. It is incredibly rewarding to help others recognize the benefits of weight training and to watch their personal and physical transformations during the process. I have been told that if you love what you do, you never have to work a day in your life and I could not agree more!
