I have played sports my whole life and have always been interested in the physical preparation and training that affects performance. I am intrigued by what our bodies are capable of achieving. I pursued this interest in college and earned a B.S. in Human Physiology. Equipped with this educational background, my mission is to guide my clients in reaching their fitness goals. I accomplish this by applying sound training techniques and nutritional strategies within individualized programming. Many of us will never know the full potential of our body because we are not willing to push ourselves or do not know the most effective methods to grow and break through plateaus. I will help you to train hard and smart. It is both my passion and profession to learn the best techniques in helping you reach your fitness goals - whether it is gaining muscle, losing fat, increasing strength, building endurance, or simply feeling BETTER.
