My training programs focus on resistance, sports specific and high intensity interval training to help my clients build muscle mass and increase strength. Resistance training will increase lean muscle mass, decrease fat and raise the bodys resting metabolic rate effectively countering the degenerative effects of a sedentary lifestyle. Success is achieved by taking action. I try to motivate my clients to take action and focus on progress not perfection. If you do not learn to view progress as success, than everyday will feel like a failure. I believe building a stronger, healthier, more muscular body will empower you in all aspects of your life.
