I got started in fitness I was about 112 lbs and needed to gain weight to have a chance to play varsity football. Once I began working out and noticed strength and muscle gain, I caught the "iron bug." I began weight lifting constantly and now I got my weight up to a solid 205 lbs. I currently still work out constantly and hope to compete in powerlifting and bodybuilding. Though it has been 7 years since I began working out, I haven't lost an ounce of passion for fitness, exercise, and currently am pursuing a degree in Kinesiology to become a physical therapist. I became a personal trainer because I constantly want to be able to help people while I expand my knowledge of exercise and hope to use that knowledge to positively impact people's lives.
