How It Started

Due to multiple sclerosis, Branden suffered from numbness and a lack of balance. He was morbidly obese and not sure what to do to lose weight and improve mobility, fitness, and strength. 

What It Took

“I had a lot of doubts in the beginning, but the best investments are the ones you make for yourself,” Brandon says. His trainers have helped him find workouts and classes that accommodate his needs and better his health.

How It’s Going

Branden has lost over 200 pounds and likes what he sees in the reflection. He trains regularly with Coach Ariel and Coach Leslie and takes GX classes that support his goals: yoga for balance, and cycle for cardio fitness.
