How It Started

Sigrid’s insurance wouldn’t cover her weight-loss medicine, so she joined 24 Hour Fitness and signed up for training.

What It Took

Sigrid said no to cardio, so Coach Sarah started her out with light dumbbells and helped her add protein, fiber, and better hydration to her diet.

How It’s Going

Sigrid is almost at her goal weight, has taken charge of her nutrition, and enjoys her regular training workouts.
