How It Started

Diana was in one of the darkest places in her life, struggling mentally and physically. “Something told me my heart wouldn’t make it if I kept living the way I was.” 

What It Took

The journey wasn’t easy, but Diana credits Coach Hector with saving her life through his steady encouragement and guidance.

How It’s Going

Today, Diana is “not just lighter, but stronger, happier, and alive,” and she feels healthier not just in her body, but in her mind.
