How It Started

Johnny blamed knee surgery, age, and a hectic work schedule for getting in the way of his fitness, but soon saw it was more than his knee that needed retraining.

What It Took

Johnny started training twice a week with Coach Ryan, who had experience working around injuries. Together, they also reworked his diet, sleep, and personal outlook. 

How It’s Going

Now 54 years old, Johnny is in better health mentally and physically than he was in his 40s.
