How It Started

After her hip and knee surgeries, Susan found it painful just moving her leg from the gas pedal to the brake. 

What It Took

Susan’s Coaches showed her how to lift weights in a manner that wouldn’t upset her hip or knee, and helped her improve her strength, posture, and mobility. 

How It’s Going

Susan has been taking BODYPUMP® and yoga classes in addition to Custom Coaching at 24 Hour Fitness, and is now playing pickleball regularly.
